Having made its way from Austria to Canada, the Wiener Schnitzel is still a relatively unknown product in Canada. Made from pork, this thin pork cutlet is marinated and cured for 24 hours before receiving its outer layer of bread crumps. Since its thin it is quickly prepared by pan frying it for about 10 minutes. A golden crusty outside and a tender inside make for a gastronomic delight!
